1. Upfront Quotes & E-Signature Authorization
Online estimates generated by our Instant Quote Estimator provide an expected CAD price range based on the door type and problem you select. Upon arrival, your LiftLine technician will perform a 21-point inspection and present a binding, itemized quote in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus 5% federal Goods and Services Tax (GST — Registration #74829 1042 RT0001). Alberta has no Provincial Sales Tax (0% PST). No repair work proceeds without your digital approval.
2. Optional Priority Deposit & Cancellations
Customers may optionally place a $50.00 CAD priority deposit via Stripe when booking online. This deposit is 100% credited toward your final invoice or refunded in full if you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled window.
3. Independent Subcontractor Technicians
LiftLine Garage Door dispatches qualified, WCB-covered (WCB-AB #8921045), and insured independent subcontractor technicians. LiftLine stands behind every job with our unified brand warranty and customer support.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, with exclusive venue in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
